Our first official grantor!! Thank
you MCAF!! Thanks to MCAF our 2009/2010 season on Punta Pargos was a huge success. We conducted 7 school presentations teaching
over 300 school kids the importance of sea turtles. On Punta Pargos we saved 149 nests and hatched out 10,000 sea turtles.

Thanks to Jonathan Abdilla and Eco Environmental Services LTD, in late 2009 we
successfully started a new program in Marbella, Costa Rica called "Tip of the Spear". Because of their financial
support we saved 30 nests from being poached and hatched out about 1,800-2,000 sea turtles in an area where poaching was at
about 99%. We also conducted 3 school presentations in the area teaching about the importance of sea turtles. Thank you
